Air purifier circuit
Air purifiers are usually composed of high-voltage generating circuit negative ion generator, micro-fan, air filter and other systems. The working principle of the air purifier is as follows: the micro fan (also known as the fan) in the machine circulates the indoor air, and the polluted air passes through the air filter in the machine (two filtrations) to remove or adsorb various pollutants. Then through the negative ion generator installed at the air outlet (the high voltage in the negative ion generator generates DC negative high voltage during operation), the air is continuously ionized to generate a large amount of negative ions, which are sent out by the micro-fan to form a negative ion airflow to achieve the purpose of cleaning and purifying air.
The shape composition of the air purifier is mainly the case shell, filter section, air duct design, motor, power supply, LCD screen and so on. It is the motor that determines the service life, the filter section determines the purification efficiency, and it is the design of the air duct, the case shell, the filter section, and the motor that determine whether it is quiet.
The air purifier is mainly composed of a motor, fan, air filter, and intelligent monitoring system. Some models of the machine are equipped with a water tank with humidification function, or an auxiliary purification device, such as a negative ion generator, a high-voltage circuit, etc. The air filter is the core component. Other purification devices actually only perform auxiliary functions, so the quality of the air filter is the most critical factor that directly affects the effect of the air purifier.
